The foregoing is a correct account of the Proctor’s drafts on the Bursar of the University of Virginia, from the 5th day of April, to the 30th of September, inclusive, the debit side of the account showing how they have been applied, and amounting to the sum of thirty-seven thousand, two hundred and fifty-eight dollars, seventy-four and a half cents; vouchers for which are filed in the office of the Proctor.
