Th Jefferson asks the favor of mr Ritchie to add Charlottesville to the address of his paper, without which it goes to the Milton P.O. with which he has no intercourse, & the consequence is that his Enquirers1 accumulate there till some accident offers a conveyance2 whereas with Charlottesville he has daily communicn. he salutes him with esteem & respect
