[Philadelphia, November 29, 1792]
The Secretary of the Treasury presents his respects to the president; has the honor to transmit for his consideration the draft of a report pursuant to two references of the House of Representatives, concerning which he will wait upon the President on Saturday, being desireous of sending in a Report on Monday.1
