Treasury Department, Revenue Office, November 10, 1792. “I have the Honor to inform you, that the Supervisor of North Carolina1 has communicated to me the Resignation of William Wynne, John Baker and Edmund Sawyer Esquires, as Inspectors of the Revenue for the ports of Wynton, Bennets Creek Bridge and Pasqustank River Bridge, of which ports they were also Surveyors.…”
