[Philadelphia] June 28. 1791

I have on your behalf engaged the House & Lot in Market street of Mr. stein2 for One Year. The House to be furnished in about six weeks from this Date & he is to erect a frame stable for Six Horses & Coach House for the Rent of Two hundred & fifty pounds for the year.
