Parole Perkioming— C. Signs Otsago. Norwalk.
The General Court Martial whereof Col. Starr is President is dissolved,1 and another ordered to sit tomorrow morning nine ô clock at the same place to try such persons as shall come before them—Colonel Chambers will preside. The Maryland & Pennsylvania lines & the Garrison each give a Lieutenant Colonel or Major and three Captains for members.2

1. The court-martial over which Col. Josiah Starr presided had been authorized on 5 Oct. (see General Orders, that date; see also the general orders for 11, 17, and 20 Oct.).
2. For activities of the court-martial over which Col. James Chambers presided, see General Orders, 20 November. The general orders for 23 Nov. dissolved this court-martial.
