Parole Killingsly—C. Signs Lynch. Munster.

Lieutenant Colonel Carlton is appointed to take command of the Post at Terrytown.

Ensign Alexander Benstead of the 10th Pennsylvania Regiment is appointed Pay-Master to the same.
