21. Dined at the Club at Mrs. Campbells at 8 Oclock & went to Bed directly after.

GW today received £60 15s. 6d. from the treasurer of the colony in payment for his burgess’s wages and traveling expenses since 30 April 1769 (General Ledger A description begins General Ledger A, 1750–1772. Library of Congress, George Washington Papers, Series 5, Financial Papers. description ends , folio 191, 303).
