MS (DNA: RG 217, First Auditor’s Accounts, No. 19,094). 1 p.; in Wagner’s hand, signed by JM. Appended to an account with Gelston, dated 13 and 14 February 1807, for passage money and expenses paid for witnesses going to England for Capt. Henry Whitby’s trial. Below these expenses, the sum was totaled to $1,359.02, and Gelston signed and dated the document 16 February 1807.
