§ Account of William Hunter. 23 October 1806. Charges a total of $106 for publishing three notices for the State Department in the Frankfort, Kentucky, Palladium between 16 June 1804 and 16 Mar. 1805, and for “publishing the Laws of Congress, passed at the last Session” on 4 Sept. 1806. Notes a 23 Oct. 1806 credit for the total sum “By a draft on the Secretary of State, drawn this day in favor of Mrs. Jane Armstrong.”
