Th: Jefferson has recieved from Dr Cutbush the communication of the prospectus of his system of Pyrotechny. writing is become so slow and painful to him, that he can only make his acknolegements for this mark of attention, express his wishes for it’s success, and assure Dr Cutbush of his great esteem and respect.
