MS (MHi); in TJ’s hand, signed by TJ and Chisholm; endorsed by TJ: “Chisolm Hugh. settlement of 1810. Nov. 17.” Not recorded in SJL.

Chisholm had recently presented TJ with an invoice briefly stating that he and a boy had worked from 8 Aug. to 17 Sept. 1809 at $30 per month, that his brother, John R. Chisholm, had worked at an unspecified date for one month and three days at $20 per month, and that Chisholm had himself worked from 24 Sept. to 14 Nov. 1810 (MS in MHi; entirely in Chisholm’s hand; on a small scrap; undated).
