Bond of John Ellyson and Richard Harvie
[Without place] 1 June 1781. John Ellyson and Richard Harvie give bond to TJ, or his successor as Governor, in the amount of 20,000 weight of merchantable tobacco, under the condition that they will appear before the Governor and Council when called for and that John Ellyson will not go “within Ten Miles of any post, encampment or party of the enemy.”
