[Richmond] 13 Mch. 1781. “Mr. Mauzey (a chair maker in town)” will make carriage wheels, provided the men whose names are on a list, enclosed, can be taken from the militia to assist him. Mr. Scherer, who is “ordered on the militia himself,” is in the same position.
