Proclamation of Embargo
[Richmond] 19 Jan. 1781. A reissue of the Proclamation of 30 Nov. 1779, q.v., extending the embargo “until the end of the next session of Assembly.”

(D & N description begins Virginia Gazette (Williamsburg, 1751–1780, and Richmond, 1780–1781).
