Treasury Department, Revenue Office, June 30, 1794. Requests “that a Warrant may issue in favor of William Allibone Esqr Superintendent of the Delaware Establishments1 for four hundred & fifty Dollars to enable him to discharge the contingent expences for the quarter ending this day.”
