Providence, July 12, 1792. Transmits “Accounts and Returns for the last Quarter” and “a Receipt of the Cashier of the Providence Bank for 1,000 Dollars, which I have charged to the United States.” States: “your circular Letter of the 25th of June, I have recd., and will attend to the contents.…”
