Memorandum from Oliver Wolcott, Junior1

[Philadelphia November, 1791]. Encloses extract of a letter, dated August 22, 1785, from Nathanael Greene to the President of Congress. Observes that “Baron Glaubeck was allowed pay as a Captain from March 9, 81. to August. 24 17822 & pd.… A sum far less than Genl. Green had advanced.”
