[Philadelphia, June 22, 1791. On September 7, 1791, Wentworth wrote to Hamilton: “Your letters of the 7th of May & 22nd June were duly received.” Letter of June 22 not found.]
1. As Wentworth was the supervisor of the revenue for the District of New Hampshire, this letter may have been the Treasury Department circular which H sent to the supervisors of the revenue on this date.
