Albany, May 10, 1791. “My Father (Mr. Jacob Cuyler). has shewn me your polite Favor to him of 8th. Apl.1 by which observe you continue to hold his Application in Veiw, but that nothing had yet Occurred. With Regard to an Office, of Collector of the Revenue, would with pleasure Accept, should I be so fortunate, as to be favored therewith.…”
