George Washington to Abraham Skinner

New Windsor [New York] February 18, 1781. Sends specifications of rations issued by British to all naval prisoners. Directs Skinner to issue the same to the United States naval prisoners. Asks Skinner to ascertain British prison rations for soldiers and to duplicate them.
