George Washington to Colonel Charles Armand
Morristown [New Jersey] February 6, 1780. States that Pulaski’s and Armand’s troops are to be incorporated and sent to Georgia. Approves of Du Plantier’s desire to be “useful,” but cannot give him a command. Encloses certificate testifying to Armand’s services.
