The Letters inclosed under Cover with this8 were detained in order to have been forwarded by Mr. Young for whom I have been waiting some days, he is now arrived & determined to proceed to Hague, therefore I embrace the opportunity of Mr. Bacon9 who has promised care of the Packet & to deliver it without delay.
