2Le Rouge’s postscript says that he is still working on the Hutchins map, which was delivered to BF on March 20.

3Le Rouge had published two four-sheet maps in 1777 that fit this description: “Caroline meridionale et partie de la Georgie” (a copy of a map by Bull, Gascoign, Bryan and de Brahm) and “An Accurate map of North and South Carolina with their Indian Frontiers … from actual surveys by Henry Mouzon and others.” Both were bound into his Atlas amériquain septentrional (1778).
