3. The first three, remittances by Parker on his postal accounts, were mentioned in his letters to BF above of Jan. 4 and Feb. 2. The fourth is identified in the Jour. as drawn by DF on Grant—Sir Alexander Grant, a leading West Indian merchant in London, for whom see Namier and Brooke, House of Commons, II, 628.
