My dear Madam

I will thank you to tell Mrs. Cranch to give George a couple of teaspoonfuls of Castor oil and to <give> continue the black powders about three weeks longer repeating the dose of Castor oil at the end of six days

Kiss them both for me and believe me dear Madam / your affectionate
