To George Washington
[Philadelphia, October 26, 1792]
The Secretary of the Treasury presents his respects to the President, and encloses him a letter received yesterday from the Supervisor of New York.1 The Secretary will have the honor of reminding the President of the subject when he has that of waiting upon him next.
