Sir:

So many Days having elapsed since my Letter to you of 22d May was dispatched without an Answer, and lest by any Accident it should not have got to your Hands, I am induced to send a Duplicate thereof, and to press my Request for your final Decision upon the Demands therein contained. With due Respect, I am Sir, your most obedient Servant
