Washington May 8 1815—

Dear Sir

I have the pleasure to enclose observations on the proposed Bank—The articles of association are printed in the National Intelligencer—

The enclosed observations on the proposed Patriotic Bank of Washington have not been found. Law was named one of thirteen commissioners charged with overseeing subscriptions to the new bank in the twenty-nine articles of association printed in the Washington Daily National Intelligencer, 2 May 1815.
