§ From Anthony Terry. 25 November 1805, Cádiz. “It is with great Satisfaction & plea sure I have the honor to enclose you Copy of a Letter received this day from the Danish Consul residing at this City; requesting you will be so obliging as to make it public for the benefit of our trade.”1

1. The enclosure has not been found, but it probably reported the relaxation of the terms of the blockades of Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Cádiz. See Thomas Auldjo to JM, 2 Nov. 1805, and n. 1.
