Receiv’d of Benjamin Franklin Eight Guineas in full for a Pendule which I left with him in London seven years since, when the above mentioned Sum was borrowed of him, and which he now agrees to give me for the said Pendule. Witness my hand—a prouvé Lescriture cy Desus
