Lieutt Colonel Williams is appointed member of the court of Inquiry vice Colonel Williams.1

1. For the appointment of this court of inquiry on Col. Thomas Craig, see General Orders, 11 February. William Williams was lieutenant colonel of the 3d Pennsylvania Regiment. Otho Holland Williams was colonel of the 6th Maryland Regiment.
