2. GW received this money on account of Robert Jones, David Keyes (Keas), and John Glascock, Jr. The sheriff of Fauquier County, Capt. William Blackwell, also made distresses on Thomas Slater, William Donaldson, Deel Clyman (Clymer), and James Deermont, but he received no money for them and GW wrote the £22 off as a loss (Ledger B description begins General Ledger B, 1772–1793.
