Brigade Major Cushing
Brigade Quartermaster Merrill
For duty 1st Jersey & 1st Massachusetts regiments.

Lieutenant Colonel Vose is appointed a member of the General courtmartial of which Colonel Cortlandt is President vice Major Maxwell.
