From Thomas Ustick

Philadelphia, 2 April 1791. Has left a package at the presidential residence that Isaac Backus requested him to deliver to GW.1

Thomas Ustick (1753–1803) of New York City graduated from the College of Rhode Island (Brown University) in 1771 and studied theology in New York. He served as pastor of the First Baptist Church of Philadelphia from 1782 until shortly before his death.
