the Inclosed Letter was bro’t here by [ ].1 I wrote to the Governor on that head—some time past & the man who bro’t the Letter told me the subject of it which Induced me to take the Liberty to open it.
I have orderd payment to those Troops mentiond in the Inclosed. I am Sir Your Most Obdt Hume servt
