William M. Lands of New York on the 20h. of May

Joseph H. Terry of New York, on the 6h. June

Thomas Breese of Rhode Island, on the 8h. of July

Gardner Thomas of Philadelphia on the 12h. of July 1815, were appointed Pursers in the Navy of the United States

Colden Cooper of New York on the 24 april &

Cheever Felch of New Hampshire on the 12h. May 1815, were appointed chaplains in the Navy of the United States

Edward S. Nowell of South carolina, on the 9h. of May 1815, was appointed a Second Lieutenant in the Marine Corps of the United States.
