The annexed is a Duplicate of my last Letter of the 21st. ⟨Jany.⟩ to which is added a Duplicate Report List of the American Vessels entered and Cleared at Antwerp from the first July up to the 31st. December last. With the Greatest Respect, I have the honor to be Sir Your most obedient & most Humble Servant
