Honoured Sir,

In addition to the recommendation of His Excelly. The Governor of this Territory, which I had the Honour of Transmitting you by Mail, two Posts since, I have taken the liberty of transmitting you the inclosed Petition. I have the Honour to be, With high Consideration, Your’s very Obedtly.
