Sir

As I conceive it may be useful, and I feel it to be proper that the Government should know of the enclosed republication, I have the honor to cover two of the first half sheets, and to be with perfect respect yr. mo. obedt. h. Servant

Tench Coxe

I expect the completion of the whole with some additions in ten or twelve days.
