I have the honor to request, that you will be pleased to cause twenty five thousand five hundred dollars, from the appropriations for foreign intercourse, and twenty two hundred dollars, from the appropriations for the relief of Seamen, to be remitted to Sir Francis Baring & Co. the Agents of this Department in London. I am &c.
