§ From William Lattimore. 17 January 1814, House of Representatives. “I have been requested to furnish you with the inclosed extract from the proceedings of the H. of R. of the M. T. for reasons which I will do myself the pleasure of explaining verbally, at such time as I may suppose you to be somewhat relieved from more weighty concerns.”
