The enclosure (11 pp.) proposed 367 appointments and promotions in the corps of engineers, dragoons, artillery, infantry, and rifle regiment, giving the former ranks of the persons promoted, the date of the new ranks, the names of the persons replaced, and the reasons they had left their positions.
