27 February 1813. “I do myself the honor to transmit herewith, a roll of the persons having office or employment of a public nature in this department, on the 27th. of Jany in the present year.”

Letterbook copy (DNA: RG 28, Letters Sent by the Postmaster General). 1 p. Granger evidently enclosed the roll of post office personnel that JM forwarded to the House of Representatives on 3 Mar. 1813.
