In answer to your letter of the 7th. I have to state that the public character of the Marquis of Casa Yrujo is so far unchanged, as to leave, to his Domestics and Domestic Servants, the privileges, which under certain limitations, they derive from that situation, by the law of nations, to their persons & their property.
