Under 11 Mch. in his financial memoranda, TJ recorded paying two dollars through Joseph Dougherty for Repairing pens for the polygraph. Harrison subsequently received payments on several other occasions for work on TJ’s polygraphs (MB description begins James A. Bear, Jr., and Lucia C.
