[Philadelphia, July 5, 1793]

Mr. Hamilton presents his Compliments to the Secretary of State—requests to be informed, if it will be convenient to him to meet the Secretary at War & Mr. H to day at twelve oClock. If it will, they will be at that hour at Mr. Jefferson’s office.
