Mr. Halsey and Mr. Bissell from Connecticut take the Liberty to present their respectfull Compliments to the President of the United States; and request an Interview of a few Minutes of Time upon Business of Importance to themselves, and their Constituents; and should be happy to know whether, and when it would be agreable.
