In the House of Representatives of the United States,Thursday, the 16th: of April, 1789.
On motion, Ordered that Mr. Gilman, Mr. Ames, and Mr. Gale, be a Committee in conjunction with a Committee of the Senate, to wait on the Vice-President of the United States, upon his arrival in this City, and to congratulate him thereupon, in the name of the Congress of the United States.
