Newton, February 6th: 1789
Since I gave your Honor an Account of the number of Polls in Each County in the Commonwealth, I have found there is a Mistake Occasioned by a wrong return made to me there is also a mistake in Fleet’s Register for 1789 of the number of Polls therein mentioned, which induceth me to send the Enclos’d account which may be depended upon to be the exact number— with the greatest respect, I am Sir. your Honly. most Obedient & Humble. Servant—
N.B. please to destroy the former Account, I gave your Honr.
